Onboarding

The onboarding flow helps you set up your Etals environment quickly.

Each environment can include multiple brands, markets, languages, and websites. This structure tells Etals where your content is used and which rules should apply.

During onboarding, Etals can crawl your existing setup and suggest a structure for you. You can review and adjust it before you start working.

Core concepts

  • Brands define the tone, guidelines, and identity your content should follow.
  • Markets define market-specific rules, expectations, and requirements.
  • Languages define the languages your content can be produced or translated into.
  • Websites define where your content is published or used.

What happens next

After onboarding, Etals creates a starting setup for common use cases. This usually includes agents, prompts, and pipelines that you can use immediately or customize for your team.

Start by reviewing your agents, then check the prompts that give them instructions.
