How Etals keeps tenant data isolated and protected.
View as Markdown

Etals is built for isolated customer environments.

Data sent to Etals is stored in the environment it belongs to. Each tenant has its own isolated data space, and data from one tenant is not accessible to other tenants.

Tenant isolation

Your data is only available inside your Etals environment.

This includes data sent through the Funnel API, imported files, content types, properties, prompts, produced content, and workflow results.

AI and training

Etals does not use one tenant’s data to train or improve models for another tenant.

Your data is used to run your own workflows and produce your own results. It is not shared with other tenants and is not used as training data for other customers.

Access control

Access to your data is controlled through your Etals users, roles, permissions, and API tokens.

API tokens should only be given the abilities they need, and tokens should be revoked when they are no longer used.
