How Etals keeps your workspace's data isolated and protected.
Every Etals customer works in its own workspace, and each workspace has its own isolated data space. Data in one workspace can’t be reached from any other workspace.
Workspace isolation
Your data is only available inside your Etals workspace. That includes data sent through the Funnel API, imported files, content types, properties, prompts, produced content and task results.
AI and training
Etals uses your data to run your own tasks and produce your own results. It isn’t shared with other customers, and Etals doesn’t use it to train or improve models for anyone else.
Access control
You control who can reach your data through your Etals users, roles, permissions and API tokens. Give each API token only the abilities it needs, and revoke tokens you no longer use. See Authorization.
